AEM V2 Too Big For Fogs...

Has anyone else had this issue?

I installed an AEM V2 intake in my 07 TL-S, and because of the massive size of the filter and how far forward it extends, there isn't enough room for the fog light bulbs to clear, without them contacting the filter or without me making some sort of modification...

Any thoughts on this?

you have to play with the vibramount, move one of the ground wires and use that location for the mount, should net you around 5mm distance from the fog bulb

ps. if you leave it touching the fog the bulb will fail

hmm yeah seems like i moved one of the ground wires and used that location for the mount and it still seems like a ridiculously tight fit for the fogs....maybe i'm just crazy lol

i installed the intake two weeks ago and upon putting everything back together noticed this lack of space, and drove it around for two weeks and checked it again thinking maybe things would settle leaving me with enough space, but still no such luck...hmm..

Same with me, I moved one of the ground wires and its still smooshed against the fog light. But w/e I've had mine on for 15k+ and the fog has not failed yet.
