It wouldn't really be worth the trouble of fab'ing them up. If you're disappointed in your stock AT brakes, change out the lines, fluid, and get some pads you can't buy at an autoparts store and you'll forget all about 4G brakes.

Is it possible to fit them? maybe with different knuckles or custom brackets. Don't forget all 4G TL's are 5x120 lug pattern so there's an instant obstacle right there.

Is it practical/worth it to fit them? IMO, hell no. Do the upgrade I listed above or the 6MT Brembo swap and call it a day.

I just want to know 4G TL's FRONT BRAKE CALIPER will bolt on fit 3G TL's knuckle.
I need a definite information about it.

So you're wanting a definite answer on something that has probably never been done? come on...

If you want a definite answer, buy the parts and find out.

What are you trying to do if not upgrade your brakes then?

You're replacing a 2-pot caliper, with a 2-pot caliper... where's the logic?

I was referring to both sides.. 2 piston total. The type-s's have 4 pistons (2 per side). I imagine the 4G TL to also have 2 pistons.

3G TL Base AT has a front 1-pot caliper.. now if you add driver and passneger side that makes it a 2-pot brake.. but still 1 per caliper

oh.. also the 3G TL MT and Type S has 4-piston each front caliper .. so if you added driver and passneger that makes it 8-piston... but only 4 each front caliper...

and on a side note why "pot" isntead of "piston"? just curious

correct again.

I guess the "pot" is just a lingo/brevity thing for the most part.

Do we all have this straight now? So, OP, gonna buy the 4G caliper and get your definite answer?
