Hello Acurazine, I have a 2008 Type-S AT. Recently did the 3.7 IM+TB swap, AEM CAI, Jpipe w/ hi-flow cat. I used my old 3.5 MAP sensor on the TB. I have the hondata flashpro and set a new calibration. I noticed fluctuating/higher rpm on idle. On the data log, it shows MAP constant at -22. When I run my scan tool, with key on engine off, shows MAP at 14.4lbs. Once the car is on, its showing MAP fluctuations from 3-6lbs. I torqued down the IM bolts, checked all vacuum lines, and all sensors connected. Anyone else have idle issues? Anyone find a solution? Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

Is it throwing any codes?

 

Sorry been busy with work all week. Havent had the chance to check. After the install did test drives, but noticed when cruising, if rpm drops to 1k or lower, itll keep revving up to 1.5k. I'll be able to scan more later this week. It's been sitting in the garage since the install and test drive.

 

perhaps a vacuum leak?

 

Have you checked the IACV?
