very true dieting is hard for a car but the results are insane!!! a member with a 7th gen accord coupe 3.0 liter(stock internally/non tuned) with just bolt ons and weight reduction to 2600lbs (with a driver) just got a 1/4 mile time of 13.1 @107mph. he is on v6 performance

Then add a APC spoiler on the back AND front.
After that have the interior redone in crushed velvet.
Then add some awesome stickers all over the car.
That should equate to about 250+ HP!
Oh, dont forget CAI.... by far the biggest HP increase!
