07 TL - S w/ Flowmaster

Just got FlowMaster mufflers put on my TL. I wanted to keep the quad tips, but had to get rid of them because the new muffler was a single. Sounds much more aggressive and deep up to about 3000 RPMs. i plan on switching out my dynomax resonator with a straight pipe - good or bad idea? i want it to be more deep/aggressive all the time.

Lol, well im the type of person that hates having things stock, as much as the quad tips do look nice and flow with the car, ide rather be different. I'm probably going to weld on new tips that are round, not sure yet, still looking.

Honestly, I think it sounds like shit. Flowmasters don't belong on ANY japanese car, especially with a V6.

It sounds nice, your going to the meet this sunday right? Id like to hear it in person because they always say it sounds different because of recording and stuff.

I used my digital camera to record it, and it sounds a little better now that they've been on for a few days. Im gonna try to get to the meet if enough people go. And your right, FlowMasters don't belong on a v6, the guy at the shop told me it wouldn't sound how I would expect. Doesn't really matter to me, i like the sound how it is, kind of has a loud drone at about 2000 RPMs, but once something comes out for the type s, they're gone.
