Like you, most of us have the options when we purchased our car. We were all aware of the trade-off; a few hp for the ease and comfort of driving. Personally, I chose auto due to my normal driving in slow and congested roads, also I'm not one of the immature idiots who likes to race with every BMWs or Infi. they see on the road and put everyone else in danger.

Enjoy your 5-10 extra hp!

Now let's get back on topic....

There haven't been any fitment issues other than customers wanted the tip pulled up a touch more closer to the bumper and slightly further inward. And we have taken steps to answer both of those requests.

These puppies ready for shipment yet? I know friday was the day but I'm assuming this has extended due to BBE still trying to wrap it up. Any final side pics on the exhaust as well buddy? Thanks Josh.

Ok my exhausts are shipping today. I have 4 resonated and 4 non-resonated coming in. I already have more on order.

What I had BB do was pull the tips in half an inch and up a quarter of an inch.

Non-resonated quad tips exhaust for the TL-S are $1025 shipped to the cont US
Resonated quad tips exhaust for the TL-S are $1050 shipped to the cont US

No, the adjustments were made after the test fitter came in. If you want side pics we will have to wait for either a local customer to have me install one or another customer who purchases one to take pics.

What about the guy who had these adjustments on his car to begin with. Any way he can post more pics of the exhaust. It would be nice to see some side angles of the exhausts.

The additional adjustments I listed above were made after his setup.

ok so it was adjusted twice I assume? So from the original what was the total adjustment made? Was the numbers you gave us the adjustments made from the last pics or the adjustment made from the first setup?

I don't have the newest version with the most recent changes. I have a whole bunch of sounds clips on the way though. I'm just waiting for my friend to upload them for me since i don't have a camera with audio. I've been so busy lately sorry for my slacking.

Yep, I'd like to hear the clips also. I love the sound of my TL-S and don't want it too loud but still can't decide on resonated or non.

All exhausts have been added to the website. Since there were additional changes made since the last pictures I would like to take new pictures for you guys.

http://store.excelerateperformance.c...s/g-55889.aspx

Anyone with a TL-S who is willing to drive down to my shop will get free installation on the new exhaust system. I can offer this to only one person.

With the resonator, no. It is louder than stock obviously but it is deep and throaty. Without the resonator (which is essentially a third muffler) it does get a little loud, but some customers like it more aggressive so I designed it for both types of customers.

I want new pictures of the exhaust since it has been pulled in to make it fit more flush. Anyone with a TL-S who is willing to drive down to my shop will get free installation on the new exhaust system. I can offer this to only one person.

Hey, what does the install usually cost? Wondering if it is economically viable?
Can you come to Michigan and do the install?

Any new results for those customers wanting a more flushed look? What are the new steps taken by Excelerate to solve the problem?
I still want this exhaust...just curious after more than 2 months to see the new modifications in fitment given by Josh

As I wrote above, the tips were pulled in half an inch and up a quarter of an inch.

ATLP is less raspy and more german sounding.

XLR8 sounds nice though.
