Zoom out/Audio button not working on Navi

Hi Guys,

I have an 06 TL with 71k miles. The last few days i noticed that my Zoom out/Audio buttons are not working most of the time. Every now and then they work and then stop working again. I disconnected my Dice Ipod adaptor, reset the car batter and it still does the same thing. Any ideas?
Thanks.

Hey I posted about this same problem I am having in another thread. Did you ever get this resolved or find out what was wrong?

Yes, i got it resolved. I had to swap out that entire lower row of buttons on the navi screen from a used unit that i got on ebay. Unfortunatley, you can't buy only those buttons from the dealer, instead you have to buy the entire navi assembly, which is like $1800. So your best bet is to find some navi with a cracked screen on ebay and to take the lower buttons from there.

Great thanks so much for your quick reply. I will start searching for a new screen with buttons. Will check eBay first.

Long running problem for a few folks. If you hold odwn the arrow stick to the right and then press audio (or zoom out), it should work. dunno how to fix this though.
