Would you put this in your glovebox?

It's my new LED case for my car computer. Would you put one in your glovebox? If no, why not?

i would probably put that in my glovebox if it had enough ventalation, and if i could turn off the blue neon with a switch. (person not gonna leave glove box open in lap to see lights), also make sure that it you spray some fireproofing to prevent excess heat burning something

The fan in the right rear pulls air in and the fan in the left rear blows it out. Ventilation is excellent. The lighting is not neon and comes from LEDs embedded into the case, which don't get hot and draw 2 watts max from the total of 11 LEDs. The amount of heat involved is negligible as I've had a carpc in the glovebox for over a year, now. The maximum temperature I've seen in the glovebox is around 90 degrees F, (even after continuous use at the end of a 6 hour road trip) so there's definitely no risk of fire.

Everything is safely fused and I keep a small fire extinguisher in the trunk just in case any problems were to ever develop.

Depends... if the light we always be on, I think eventually it will be annoying/distracting, but if you can wire it so the LEDs only turn on when you open the glove box that would be sweeeet!

I've got my HU in my glovebox right now, and I am planning on selling the car soon, so I don't think it is worth it to buy an amp/speakers and do all that. When it comes time to sell, I just need to put the stock radio back in and I will be all set.

It's main purpose is navigation and music. I have 3 navigation systems, 500+ full albums of music, 4,000+ video games (played with playstation2 controllers), music videos, movies, wireless internet, and more...
