Wires Needed to run RCA cable

Looking for a little assistance. I am replacing the door/rear and subwoofer speakers on my 06 TL. I am trying to figure out what wires I disconnected from the factory amp I need to attach to a Line output converter to run RCA's to the new amp in my trunk. My LOC has 9 wires. Right Front and Rear Pos/Neg, Left Front and Rear Pos/Neg and the Ground. Now I can match up all the wires from the amp to hook these up but what about the wires I can't hook? The Subwoofer Pos/Neg and the Center Speaker Pos/Neg. Will I not have any control over subwoofer or center speaker if I don't utilize these? Any help is appreciated.

Peripheral Electronics ISVE61....So what wires would I need to run then to make it an RCA? I ran all new speaker wire for fronts/rears/ and sub so I should not need any of those wires right?

No. Those will go to your amp(s). You need to tap into the factory speaker wire (found in passenger kick panel). Do your amps accept balanced signal? If not, you can either take the signal post-amp (not recommended) OR buy an LOC/Line Driver that can accept balanced OR processor.

When disconnecting the wires from the factory amp I noticed some wires that looked like they belonged to my XM radio. Is that right? How do I make sure my XM fully works after install?
