Wire through Firewall A diffrent route

Need to get control of newly installed fog lights in the lower grill. I already have a wire as descriped here https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-audio-bluetooth-electronics-navigation-94/diy-aftermarket-amp-install-speaker-install-audiocontrol-matrix-install-w-pics-580314/ for my amps.

Is there another route?

Why not use the factory fog light switch? This way you don't have to send a wire into the cabin.
