For new, check out http://www.acuraoemparts.com

For old, eBay and junk yard.

I actaully just called the acura deealership and they told me that the stock navigation couldnt be put in after it came out of the factory. theey said its something that comes straight out of the factory becasue its a whold different set of wiring and antennas.
Can anyone suggest an aftermarket navigation/dvd system that would look close to stock.
I was going to install a pioneer avic n-1 but people said it would look messy.

Someone on here has done the conversion but IIRC it is expensive and rather difficult.

Yeah, but you see how much work that involved. Does anyone have pics of something like an avic-n1 flipout installed in their TL.

instead of putting a factory navigation in their cars, some members have put the audio controls where the two flippy compartments are by the clutch and built their own carputer

The factory unit can be successfully installed...but it could get spendy. If you want an aftermarket nav unit that looks factory and is a very good unit...don't look at the Pioneer N1, go to the Pioneer AVIC-Z1. It's a much much better unit.
