Where is the crossorver on the tweeters?

Is there just a resistor in between the + and - terminals on the tweeter? or is it deeper inside the dash.

Im wondering because I need to know if I upgrade tweeters with a new component set that Id have to run all new wires. I wouldn't want 2 crossovers in the tweeter line.

I have searched and looked at many post but no clear answer. Anyone run wires to the before? Looks interesting lol.

The resistor is on the tweeter it self? So I don't have to re run wires?

Thanks

It's a capacitor, and yes.
