What years have voice recognition?

all the 2004-2008 models with navigation systems have voice recognition for the navi, however ALL 2004-2008 models have voice recognition for the Hands Free Phone system so you can operate it without fiddling with buttons.

Voice control of the climate control and audio system exists only on the Navi-equipped TL and is independent of the HFL.
