So Im gonna lose my mind because Im not sure if this has always just been sitting there or if it should be connected to anything...

It's part of the harness that goes to the cig lighter in the little compartment under the radio.

Im refering to the white connector

 

cigarette lighter in the center console/armrest,or the light for the inside of the armrest. i forget which.

 

The black is for the cig lighter...thats accounted for, everything for the armrest is accounted for. Plus this is right under the radio not near the arm rest.

lol sorry..i coulda swore it was the center console light plug
