I've only had my TL-S for about a week, but I've noticed the volume level of the HFL phone is way out of whack. I have to turn it up quite a bit to hear some callers, and when the call is over, the audible beep on hang up sounds like it is blowing my speakers and kind of hurts my ears.

Anyone have a way of dealing with this, or is it normal behavior from the system?

 

I have the same issue, I have to control it manually every time, hopefully someone has a way to do it automatically

 

Adjust the bluetooth volume on your handset to max, then you can turn the volume down on the HFL. I'm using an iPhone and had the same problem and found out that you could had to adjust the bluetooth volume in addition to the HFL volume. It helps quite a bit.

 

If you guys are using a Blackberry, that's the problem. I'm using a 9630 Tour with the 5.0 series OS. BB is aware of this problem. When connected, your Tour is setting to 50% volume. Your volume buttons on your BB are disabled and the only thing you can do is to turn up your HFL to VERY high levels to hear anyone. This was not a problem with the .419 OS for the BB.
We are all waiting anxiously for a new COD file that will remedy this issue.
It's not your Acura, because I also have this issue on my 09 Audi A4.
