Viper 4204 & DBALL remote start problem

I have the 4204 and the dball that is flashed and the security works perfectly. I held off on the remote start a bit. Right when I got to the wiring of the remote start ( I followed the "very detail install of the viper 5901.....") and mine is a 8 pin instead of a 10 pin which is actually missing the green wire. Basically I'm looking for which wire is the key side of the starter wire, full of confusion, I'm in no rush or anything about getting it all wired up, but it's frustrating trying to solve this, I've searched up Google and got both wiring diagrams and compared but it's that green wire that is completely missing. Future thanks if I ever to give thanks

What year is the car? On 04-06 starter should be black/white at the ign harness, 07-08 it is black.

Also, if you know which wire is the starter wire, cut it and the side toward the key cylinder is the key side. Or to test, after it is cut, it is the side that shows 12v when you turn the key to position 3 (crank).

It's the black/white wire, but what I'm trying to figure out is which is the key side from the viper H3 harness

The 5901 has a green wire that is meant for it but the 4901 is missing that green wire

violet is the starter output (starter side), looks like red/black is starter or accessory input so that would be the key side.

However, double check, I think the car has anti grind built in, so all you would need would be the starter output.
