video converter for backup camera 04-06
video converter for backup camera 04-06
i need help
i bought a backup camera because martin told me that he can install it for me but today i find out that i also need a video converter. i really don't need video input (to connet tv,ps2 etc) i just want to have the back up camera working. which video converter that would work with a backup camera, which have the plug and play harness for a tl 04-06. i want to install it in the truck without removing the indash and navi screen.
something cheap but reliable

I dont know if you can get it cheap . here is the one i have for my 05 TL. It came with a plug and play harness. I think it was like 250 or something around there. really easy to install you just have to remove the trunk lining on the right side to get to the back of the navi dvd. I have had it in the car for like 7-8 months and so far no issues.

Only other one I know of is DOMs Navtogo .. Thats what is in my car.. 200.00 for that one.. If you are going to install this you might as well run the wires for the Video input to the front of your car AND the switch to switch it.
