SORRY EVERYONE!!

I have run search after search on this site, BUT they are REALLY making me more and more confused!

I have a 2002 TL with Nav & in Dash 6 CD changer.

I want to hook up both my Sirus Radio & my Ipod to my stock HU.

I was going to purchase these two items: Blitxsafe HON/AUX/ DMX V.1 - Auxiliary Input Converter $69.95 AND Blitzsafe UII Universal iPOD Interface $59.95

BUT.... Then it was suggested that I buy this instead:

USA Spec adapter: "USA Spec - PA11-HON"
The USA Spec adapter has 1 iPod input, and 1 set of audio inputs (red/white for the dvd player sound).

BUT........ This USA Spec product says that it WILL NOT work with the '02 Acura, with Nav and in-dash CD Changer.

Can someone who has BOTH in their '02 TL let me know which one to go with?

As far as the controls of the Ipod, I saw that with the Blitxsafe product you can not control the Ipod with our stock radio controls right, other than the volume??
