^ I thought the same thing at first glance but those little things mentioned would drive me crazy too.
The wiring doesn't bother me but doing navi conversion probably makes me an exception to this.
If they provided true plug and play wiring, the price would easily double.

So I just installed these gauges as well...and I only had the blue test ones....i like them so far....still gotta see them in the dark....
I think the product is well made....the material used is good....and the glow is definitely blue-er....
I know there is nothing wrong with TL gauges but if someone wanted to upgrade to the TL-S or later model TL gauges this is perfect....if you see the pix posted by AJ (csmeance) you will notice the change in the place of the MID/brake/other indicators on the later model gauges....
so if someone is looking to upgrade their gauges, i think this will work really well for them....
So far am a satisfied customer....
Thanks for the amazing DIY Jeremy....it helped me out....

I doubt it's that plug and play since I think that would be people's first option.
I could be wrong though...

First of all, i'm an international student so enlgish is not my mother language. Please, pardong my terrible grammar lol
I was finally able to fix the slight misalignment of the needles. I realized that when putting back the inner bezel plastic cover, when clipped into place, the wires of the URS gauges clusters bend. As a secondary effect, the gauges clusters also bend causing the needles of the RPMs and Miles to not move freely due to the touching of the plastics. Even after putting double side tape, the gauges cluster still bent so i decided to cut the inner bezel, only the parts where the wires were coming out. After doing that, everything works just fine.
there is not reason to use the clear plastic ring (that shows misalignment on the pictures provided by rockstar) becuase all it does is to hold in position the OEM gauges cluster. See pictures bellow for a better understanding

I got em...don't want em
I put these on a week ago and was quite displeased to see that my guage wouldn't line up correctly. I kept trying to make it work and even got after it with duct tape, but it just wouldn't line up correctly. I don't think it's a common problem after looking at these other pictures, just an annoying screw-up that I have to deal with. The tick marks were off and so were the warning/indicator lights below the speedometer. I think I'm just gonna take it off and solder some uv purple leds and take out to kph numbers with some electrical tape.
