I was thinking about installing an aftermarket amp and sub. Searching in this forum which sub, amp, box,trunk space list goes on. I was iffy on getting uncald4 custom box, for one price it would cost around $500 plus to bring it to me, I live in Canada. But everyone who has his enclosure is simply amazed of his work and the sound quality. So i decided to purchase the box.

About 3 weeks the box was delivered. Everyone was right very impressed with uncald4 custom box. The box is perfect. looks,quality,built to spec and fits perfect, like it came from factory. The best part I still have trunk space to threw my golf bag into. Travis thanks you build me the perfect box.

Travis build my box to spec with a jl 10w6 also I have a jl 500/1v2 to power the sub. All i have to say these set up is insane loud booming bass vibrating my whole car. its crazy. I'm so happy i went with uncald4 custom box

I heard good thinks about w3 in uncald4 box, you cant go wrong with a jl w3 with jl 250/1, I just wanted more booming bass and more power because its just one sub. $1500 ish for everything installed myself. $472 jl 10w6 ,$400 jl 500/1v2, $550 ish uncald4 custom box. In CANADIAN CURRENCY. The box was $350 us + shipping= duty + brokage = $550 ish.

All brand new amp from kijiji, sub from 12volts audio and boxs from Travis from the USA.

+1 on the overpayment. My 2 12w6v2's and 3 amps cost less than 1500.

 

Yes i agree eveything in CANADA is very exspensive . If you want it theres a price to pay and i was willing to pay that for my setup. Good reviews on his custom enclosure and I have my trunk space. The fiberglass box Travis sent me would cost me between $600-$800 down here. stealth look wanted to hide the amp so i removed spare

In the US TL goes for $32000. Here $42000 not including tax. It sucks you guy are lucky

 

Man that looks awesome! Another nice install. I love the amp under the floor. Once that sub breaks in a little you'll love it even more.

I havent posted on the forums in over a year (primarily because I have been forcing myself NOT to buy new gadgets for my car) and when I saw a thread with uncald's name in it, I had to post. Travis did a box for me last year and I have been nothing but pleased with his work and craftsmenship. GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS PEOPLE! you won't regret it... ::

 

I agree, I still have my space with all of my trunk space. Travis' buddy did an amazing job mounting my Amp so its clean, allows for a ton of trunk space and extremely easy access to the spare if i ever need it. I'll take some pictures of it and see about posting my setup so you can get an idea.

 

Was it $500 for just the enclosure or does that include the sub too? $500 for just the box is freaken insanely stupid money.

 

Forget the JL's, get the Morel Ultimo SC12 2 ohm, the best sub I've ever had.

 

Money well spent $350 US for box plus shipping plus exchange rate plus duty fees. Just over $500 CA for the box. Still pounding in my TL
