Tweeters - Non-Stock Location

Tweeters - Non-Stock Location
In just over 2 weeks, my system will be completely torn-out/gutted...then the re-build begins 
What I know:
1) Three amps, 2 caps, and 2-10'' subs will be in the trunk in custom rack/box
2) 6.25" midbass in stock locations
3) 4'' midrange in kicks
4) Tweets will go in non-stock locations
The question is where will the tweets go? The three options are:
A) A-pillar
B) Kicks
C) Front top portion of doors
I'm leaning towards C...I'm wondering if anyone has done any of these locations, how they sound, and hopefully pics
