Could've been someone with a hot navi/radio trying to get the codes.

OP, since you left the U.S., you may be out of luck. Any Acura dealer (and maybe a Honda dealer) can give you your codes based on the serial number of the navi and radio unit (each has a PIN code). However, I don't think you'll be able to convince a dealer to do this over the internet or telephone. Usually they want to see the car in person.

Give it a try. Maybe a photo of the car registration with your name on it and a copy of your driver's license plus of photo of the navi screen displaying the serial # would be enough to convince someone.

The navi serial number is on the underside of the navi unit in the trunk. You can also pull up the number on the screen by entering the navi diagnostic screen: press and hold the Menu, Map/Guide, and Cancel buttons for about 5 seconds.

Select the Unit Check screen, then Navi ECU. The serial # will be on that page.

Hope this helps and good luck!

I missed that you had your car in the U.S. for a year before shipping it. Did you happen to develop a relationship with a local Acura dealer before leaving? Did you buy it from an Acura dealer? If so, I would start there since they know you.

Yes right now I'm in poland - of course I can send everything ( pictures of my car but for what ? I dont understand ) I dont have NAVI my acura is with normal radio and I have pin for this - I'm talking about system so when I vant to use voice commands ( or pair phone or everything what is in menu in small screeon in gauges - first I need to say pin number - and probably first owner set it and now I can not do nothing - so I hope I tell ypu more about my problem - honda dealer in poland dont have any software for acura so its not so easy go to honda because they can not do nothing.

hes not talking about the radio or navi code. He's talking about the personal PIN that the previous owner setup.

sorry to say, I work for AHM and you have to go to an Acura dealership or Honda dealership for them to reset it.
youre sh!t out of luck on this one buddy. =\
