Sub signal output... how?

I am trying to figure out what is the correct way to get the preamp signal for the sub to my amp in the trunk. I have an adapter to convert sub neg and pos to ONE rca. Do I need the other channel?

Sub will be running off the rear channels on my zed draconia bridged.

Thanks in advance..

i know my bridged JL audio amp requires L and R inputs. We wired the sub pre-amp output to two sets of RCAs and fed both to the amp. if you can get away with one set of RCAs (RTFM), do it

Ended up just splitting it before the RCA adapter, it sounds great. One thing that I've noticed however is that the sub control does not completely cut the signal when "OFF" is selected. Has anyone else noticed this?

i did my converter from the wires goin to the sub. I used all the wires on the converter so I could get the signal to both rca connecter. i would not do the Y adapter.

When I turn my sub off i have nothing coming through them. Have you checked the level of the converter? Maybe its up too high.

in my car i have a line out converter by control audio lc2
did you ever notice if the bass starts cutting down at a certain volume well this fixes that so that you get good pounding /sounding bass. i was having this problem and yes when u select off it seems to be on still but its very low (x3)
