Sub Question.....Will new amp work w/ Bluetooth

Can't find this answer in the threads here. I am sure some of us have done this, maybe someone can help me. Basically, I want to add a mono amp to my Pioneer sub in the rear deck. I have a 07 Type S with NAV/Bluetooth. I know I need to disconnect the mic in the rear to disable the Noise Cancellation. But, what about the Bluetooth system?
Here's my question...when I receive a call, and the bluetooth cuts off the radio to bring in the ring. What will the sub do? Will the sub keep thumping? The radio kills the OEM amp, but my new sub amp is separate, and I'm wondering if it still gets a feed. Or does the radio shut-down all together.

Where are you getting the signal for your aftermarket sub?

Well, I'm not installing...a radio place is. I would guess the signal would come from the radio??? So, maybe when a call comes through and the radio is killed...the sub will too??? Anybody, know for sure?

yeah, if they just take the signal from the sub signal already in the trunk, it'll all work fine.
