ok people...im an absolute noob when it comes to the audio system in our cars. idk anything about them, this is the weekest point in my automotive knowledge. i'll take all your critisizm 
but i have a question
ive had this set sitting around for close to two years now, i was gonna install it in my old 350 but never did...so the question is, would this be a upgrade or down grade on my 07 TL-S?
the sub is a 10wx jl audio 200 watt
the amp is a jl audio j2 250.1
