Stock Sub?
Why it sounds bad? It's stock.
If you hook up an aftermaket amp to it, you'll improve the sound. Otherwise, the only other option is to get an aftermarket sub in the trunk.

ok just so i know im not crazy, when you play certain songs on it does it sound like its blown? I always thought maybe it was just rattleing very loud but idk. And i didnt know we could hook up and aftermarket amp to it. if i do wat wattage should i have hooked up to it.
How old is your car? How loud do you play your music? What setting do you have your "Bass" at? All of these will play a part in how fast your stock sub will blow. Sounds like it already has.
Here is a fix for the rear deck rattle: http://www.in.honda.com/Rjanisis/pubs/SB/b04-043.PDF
Maybe someone else will chime in with the wattage of the OEM sub to help you out, as I don't know it off the top of my head.
