Stock head unit ''clipping''

Anyone know when a STOCK HU begins to clip? @ what volume

I think ive read somewhere that its around 30, but it's prob the stock amp not necessarily the HU. Ive been needing to confirm this myself

I believe the stock amp begins to audibly distort just before 30, at least mine did. The stock HU is relatively clean all the way to 40.
