Hi Im fairly new to this site and I just recently bought an Acura TL 06', but had some questions regarding the stereo system. the factory system is not loud enough for me and I want to increase the loudness and some bass, without taking away the original headunit or 5.1 surround sound. Can I replace the front, center, and rear speakers with more powerful ones and still have the surround sound for DVD Audio? Will this move be what I want, or do I need to upgrade the amp as well? I want to replace as little as possible while also getting some increase in loudness. I feel like the factory speakers will blow if I turn the volume past 36. i want to be able to turn the volume high and get good sound through the original headunit. can anyone help me out?
