Sony Bluetooth Transmitter

I've been thinking about using the Sony Bluetooth Transmitter to connect to my Ipod. I know it'll work for headsets but will it pair up with the Acura TL Bluetooth system?

Negatory; I believe the feature you're speaking of is.. A2DP? The TLs BT system is only handsfree profile and will not broadcast music via bluetooth.. Unless you can find some way to pair it and then have it transfer but.. i dunno.. i say nay!

iSkin Cerulean TX+RX

This might be what you're looking for. I just came across this product and I'm going to try it. As cheap as $109 from B&H. Basically you plug the RX module into your AUX input (or iPod input if you have an aftermarket iPod integration solution) and the TX module into the bottom of your ipod, and your music is transmitted wirelessly (over bluetooth A2DP I presume.) Also works with home stereo systems, bluetooth headphones and such. Can also be used with any source (laptop, DVD player, etc) with the included adaptor.

That will not work with 04-06 TLs as they do not have the AUX input port. I don't know what year TL the OP has but for iPod connectivity the DICE unit is pretty darned good; I have one and love it.

I had the DICE in my TSX. It was pretty good. This iSkin unit will free you of the wire once the interface is installed.
