Something interesting on 07 Canadian TLs
I was messing around with the nav system on the TL last night and somehow, I got the traffic icon to pop up on the navigation screen. We don't have XM Traffic up here, but I guess the NAV system is the same as the 07 in the states - with a few things disabled.
Maybe there is a way we can enable some of the features!

I was hoping we could figure out a way to enable all the goodies that all the TL owners in the states have.
I think we should be able to activate the street thing - my guess is that it is deactivated because Acura didn't want to setup the french version of it.
As for XM traffic, there is a way to make the button show, but I don't know how that's done. I was pressing the icons on the map, seeing what all the options for that was, and after I turned on the ATM button, the screen suddlenly refreshed and showed a greyed out button labelled as "traffic". Weird! I couldn't press on it, and after I exited the icon screen and went back, the traffic button was gone. I can't get it to show up again.
There's got to be a way to make the button show from the config screen, but I doubt there's a way to get traffic updates.
Does anyone know if there are any cars in Canada with XM Traffic? If so, maybe we can get the 07s to work somehow!!

I think that the Real Time Traffic data is not operational in Canada. However, if you drive in the US, you should be able to use it. If anyone has any information on this I would appreciate it.
