Looks nice, did you replace XM, did you keep it, or did you not have it in the first place? (I noticed you don't have an "XM" button, that's why I wasn't sure)

I never had XM, it wasn't an option in Canada.

Ah ok, mine came with XM so I'm using that, but if I had my choice I would go with Sirius mainly because of Stern

Well done. I used to have that receiver when I had Sirius. It was nice being able to move it car-to-car and into the house, but it looks like yours isn't going anywhere else.

Looks great. I'm looking now to replace my XM with Sirius. I have a couple of questions...
1. What model is the tuner?
2. No cutting to get it to fit in that bin? (holes for wires of course)
3. Did you interface with the factory HU or did you just use the FM interface?

1. Sirius Tuner is a Kenwood KTC-H2A1 with a KPA-H2C docking kit.
2. No cutting, had to drill 2 holes (one in the back to get the docking kit to sit back far enough for the console door to close, and one in the side to feed the wiring through.
3. I bought a docking kit that came with a FM modulator.

Looks good, I like how it sits perfectly behind the storage compartment. Did you try using a portable device with sirius? Wondering if they work indoors. Gyms, airports, etc?

Where exactly did you put the antenna on the back dash?? Any reception issues?? Did you use the stock antenna (big) or buy the mni? Could you post a pic?
