Anyone have experience running the dash tweeters to the doors?

Do you mean moving the tweeters in the dash to the door? If so then there's nothing to run since there isn't a crossover on the wires going to the doors. The wires that go to the door come off the same block as the wires that go to the tweeters. The tweeters just have a simple capacitor in them as a high pass. So you should be able to just wire up tweeters in the door on the same wires that feed the door mid/woofers.

* if your tweets have a passive crossover you will have to put them in the door. Or leave the cap on the OEM if for sme reason you are moving them.
