Rockford fosgate 3sixty install question?

I've been reading many posts concerning audio installs. I am considering the purchase of RF 3sixty for my system. I was wondering if the input to the 3sixty should come directly from the head unit and bypass the factory amp or after the factory amp? Also for those who have the 3 sixty, did you use speaker wire or RCA inputs. Thanks.

Summary of your search results:

Go from after the stock amp, not before. The 3sixty takes a high-level input and (very nicely) converts it to a line-level output for amps.

Yep, that's what Rockford Fosgate tech support recommended to me as well. Their website has incredible support and they'll answer your questions directly. If you end up installing it, please come back and post your results. I'm still having trouble with under-performing bass and just can't figure out why.
