Replacing stock CD Player with DVD player?

Replacing stock CD Player with DVD player?
I have an '04 with navi. My OEM CD player crapped out, and I'm hearing up to $400 to repair. Would it be possible to just replace (The CD/Tape part below the navi screen) with this? Anyone ever done this?
