Replacing a speaker in an '04 TL

I just recently purchased an '04 TL and one of the stereo speakers (passenger side door) is blown. The part is pretty cheap but wondering if anyone has installation instructions or suggestions? Am I better off letting the dealer install the new speaker? Thanks in advance...

You will need to take the panel off. There are 4 screws - 2 behind a cover near the handle, 1 inside of a bumper pad on the rear of the door and 1 on the lower part of the armrest (you can see the hole). Then, you have to pull the panel off - there are about half of a dozen plastic clips. From there, you just unscrew the speaker and replace.

You can search on here for door panel removal. It might even be in the 3G garage. There are some nice scans of the service manual that will walk you right through it.
