Replacing Front/Back Speakers - please help

I have a 2004 TL and have no experience replacing car speakers. I recently realized my front right door speaker was cracked and makes a buzzing sound, so I decided to replace most of the speakers in the car.

This is what I bought:

Front: Infinity Reference 6030cs Two-way component system - comes with Speakers, crossovers, and tweeters

Rear: Infinity Reference 9633cf 6 x 9

As I said, I have never done this before and so far have taken the door panel off and removed the initial speakers in the front door panels. It is my understanding to remove the back two speakers I have to remove the rear seats?

What I could use the most advice with is the front setup. The tweeters this kit comes with are much smaller than the ones factory installed, and I am not sure if I will need a new amp, what to do with the crossovers, how to wire everything, etc. Any advice I could get would be greatly appreciated on the best way to install all of this, things to look out for, tips, etc.

Thanks

Here is a good place for you to start: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-audio-bluetooth-electronics-navigation-94/diy-aftermarket-amp-install-speaker-install-audiocontrol-matrix-install-w-pics-580314/
Take a look at the third thread of this link for front speaker/tweeter removal: https://acurazine.com/forums/3g-tl-audio-bluetooth-electronics-navigation-94/how-remove-center-speaker-3g-garage-f-079-a-584028/
Good luck!

Crossovers

Thanks, those are definitely helpful. We have the door speakers in and working fine, and I already took out the stock tweeters but haven't yet installed the new ones. My main concern is with the crossovers for the front speakers that come with the infinitys and how to wire/install them. Where do they fit? Inside the door? In another panel somewhere?

Any advice on how to properly install them would be appreciated

Door is not a good place behind the dash would be ok! Your really going to want to get an amp for those front components. Oem amp is not going to cut it and speakers are incorrect impedance. 4ohm vs stock 2 ohm. Keep rears on oem amp for some rear fill if you think its necessary. My amp and crossovers are under the seats. There are plenty of build threads you should research. Its not the easiest car to upgrade. My thread is " mild grade fever"

Amp

Do I really have to get a new amp? I am pretty sure the speakers I bought at 2 ohm

I planned on sticking with the stock amp if possible

If they are 2Ohm then the amp will not have issues, but they will be way underpowered. I do not think you will be satisfied. and if you bought 6x9 for the rear they will not fit. those are 6.5" as well. It really all depends on what your trying to do.
