I replaced the battery in my TL today and as expected the Navi unit was asking for a code. Referred to my owners manual and had a small pouch with with labels and numeric codes printed on them. Some were 8 digits long I found one that was 4 digits long. It appears the code its asking for is 4 digits long and when I tried the codes I had it kept saying "incorrect pin" I'll take a look closer when I get home but I'm pretty sure all the codes are in this pouch no where else in the manuals... what gives? anyone know what code I need to enter here and if in fact it is 4 digits?

go to your trunk, look underneath the navigation unit. there should be a sticker there with numbers and letters.
call 1800-382-2238 and press option # 5. our product concerns department. They will provide you with the code.

Some navi codes are on a white sticker on the glove box rail, just open the glove box.
