Remote Wire Help

So I'm installing an aftermarket sub and amp. I plan on doing it tomorrow and cant seem to find an add-a-circuit thing at any of the stores around me. I was wondering if anyone had any pictures on how to use the cig lighter as a wire to tap into for the remote wire.
If there is any easier wire to tap into please let me know.

-Brian

PS Is there another name for the add-a-circuit things? Because every store I went into the people seem like they have no idea what I'm talking about.

So I accidently bought the HHA add-a-circuit and was wondering if this would work or if I need to get the HHH one. Also what fuse should I get?
