Does anyone know how to prevent the sub woofer from rattling without turing the power down on it? I have it set on 1 below the middle and it still rattles if I listen to music loudly.

Bring it to the dealer, there is a chronic woofer rattle problem. The rattle is most likely coming from the woofer being loose, not the actual speaker itself.
