Radio locked out?

Radio locked out?
i just got my car back from the bodyshop and they told me they had to disconnect my radio for their work meaning it would be reset. they told me to just enter in my code and everything should work.
so i entered in the navi code and my navigation works but it never asked for my radio code so now i have no radio, meaning XM, CD, FM and my Bluetooth phone does not work. when i push the right most button ("audio") nothing happens...it does not goto the audio screen like it should. none of the radio buttons seem to be working
any suggestions? thanks

I don't have navi, but the radio is the same for both, so according to the owner's manual, page 140, you should see "code" in the frequency display, and then enter the radio code on the radio using the numbered buttons. I think this is the same for navi and non-navi cars.

Try this.
If your vehicle battery is disconnected or dies, audio will disable. If this happens, you will see 'CODE' in the frequency display the next time you turn on the system. Use the preset buttons toenter the 5 digit code. When it is entered correctly, the radio will start playing.
If you make a mistake entering the code, do not start over, complete the 5 digit sequence, then enter the correct code.
You have 10 tries to enter the correct code. If you are fail on all attempts, you must leave the system alone for 1 hour before trying again.
Hope that helps you.

Remove the positive & negative battery terminals and touch the cables together for 10 seconds. Reinstall the terminals, turn the radio on & enter the code on the radio preset buttons.
The Navi code is entered on the screen in the same manner
