Post Push start

I want to put a push start in my 05 tl is there a kit i can buy or how can i go about it... can it be done?

is there any other systems like that? instead of st 800, its a bit above my budget

They have other ones if you go on there website. It's a push to start but no alarm. And it's in the $200 range.

And how hard is it to install myself or should I take it to a shop?

And can anyone post step by step installation photos for 04-08 Acura Tl please

I say if u have experience in installing alarms go for it, If not get a professional to do it for you

Idk about the advance key one. But with the st800 the trunk button and all the functions work.

With the advanced keys one, you do loose the functionality of the trunk button because the new remote has no buttons - its not that hard just to open it from the inside anyway. They are constantly adding new features which are fairly easily installed afterwards. And the system is completely keyless, walk up to the car and it unlocks itself, dont need to insert the key in the ignition etc..

same with the st8000 system.. AND you get the trunk.

BUT, OP said it was out of his budget, just offering another more inexpensive option with one less feature
