My driver one-touch goes up fine. The passenger goes up about half way then goes down a bit then stops. I know there is a safety feature that will do this if there is something in the way, but it does it when there is nothing in the way.
anyone else have this happen?

I've had the car for about a week so far, and haven't noticed it except a few minutes ago in the garage.

that used to happen to me a lot when i first got my 04, there ended up being an issue with the window motor

 

I'd check with the dealer.
My friend had the same issue, he went went to the dealer. They did a quick check and found it was the safety reset in the 'auto' function of the switch.

They hooked up their scan tool and did a reset of the power window system, then a re-initialization, then all was well again. NO parts were needed!
