PIE x3 install without removing dash - Where are those instructions?!

Hey guys,

Where are the instructions for installing the PIE x3 without removing the dash? I have been looking for it for 30 minutes now.. I dont want to remove that stupid center ac vent because it is a pain in the a$$ lol ..

Please let me know if you find the link!! I tried acurazine search and google search and came up with nothing.

Thanks!

the ac vent isnt that hard lol, its acturally pretty easy. just put a screw driver on the bottom and push up. i used a trim tool. i think the vent was one of the easier thing to remove.

This is for installing the USA-spec iPod interface. But the premise and install is the same for the piex3. The only thing you are doing is plugging in the Y cable behind the radio. The pie also needs a 12v power source which can be solved easily with a mini fuse ad-on dual circuit plug. Ass for mounting the unit just zip tie it securely under the dash. Everything else is pretty self explanatory.

Link for getting to cables behind radio.
