Ok I am a bit confused on this one. I have been trying to figure out how to put my 8500 x50 into POP Mode, the manual doesn't explain how to do it and cycling through the menu I don't see anything about POP.

Anyone else figure out how to do this?

You have to hold the two buttons on the top down for a few seconds till it goes into the menu, then you can cycle through the menu and it will say turn pop on and off turn it on and radar will reset it self and pop mode will be enabled.

 

I found it this morning, actually its not called pop mode in the menu that is why I couldn't find it. You have to get to the Bands menu choice, then do Bands Mod. That will allows you to cycle through turning the various bands on and off, POP being one of the options.

Not very intuitive at all
