I will never understand why RDS, CDTEXT and MP3 CD support are not part of the 3G TL audio system package. The dang radio does everything else except dance; why not these 3 functions? Oh, and while were at it, how about a built in external audio input like the TSX?

When i asked my dealership about that they said that the tape player was there due to the avergae age of buyers. But it still doesn't make sense 5.1 DIGITAL technologically advanced car and a tape go figure.

I like the tape. You can connect any audio device with a cassette adapter (which is cheaper than, and in some areas, better than FM transmitters).

With more cars moving towards digital audio, tape decks are harder to find. My friends said the tape deck is more of a luxury item now. I like to think that way too.
