No Info on New Navi DVD for ’04-‘05

I will be making a road trip for Thanksgiving and I was hoping to get the newest DVD for the navi before I left. The current release is 3.71. I called Alpine to see if they had an ETA on when it would be release and the lady I talked to had no idea when it would come out (she was really nice about it though). I thought it would have been out by now since it is released in the fall. It would be nice to get my hands on it since the DVD I have is still from 2005. If you guys hear anything about it, let me know. I'm keeping my ear open.

you can check on acura.com--buy nav dvd- link
It list what cities got updates on each release version- see if you need it for your trip
The new ones usually come out in Nov-Dec
I just got a 20% off card for the new one from acura!

Should be a good difference between the 05 and 09 versions.

I could use one of those. Is there a special mailing list for it?

I could use a 20% off offer. I need to order an updated disc as well since I'll be making a cross country trip next month. I'm still wondering if they will be releasing a 3.8 version soon. Would hate to drop $185 on a new disc just to have a newer one come out a month later.

When did 3.71 come out? Anybody know when the next release is? I'd hate to purchase something and then have it be immediately outdated.

It should have come out by now because it is due for fall. Looks like they are going to be late with the release. Somebody needs to bug them. I would do it but I don't need the new disc, I am fine with mine.

I'm in the same boat, still have my original (not sure what version number) but its the one that came with my 05 TL. I am very interested in getting the new one but I want to wait for the Nov-Dec release.
