Made the 2 hour drive to Omaha to see what he has to offer. And listen to the TL of course. I was pretty impressed.
Jerry is great, spent 3.5-4 hours listening to the different speakers on his board, talking about options for my car and checking out his demo TL.
I ended up going $100 over my budget because of the deal Jerry gave me But its ok I am sure Ill be happier than if I would have stepped down in price.
So if anyone needs anything. Hit up Jerry and see what he can do for you.

 

Jerry is great. He's taken my money as well, lots of it but it was money very well spent. After hearing my listening preferences he guided me away from my original choice and toward Dynaudio which after hearing my original choice there's no doubt it was the right decision.

Be careful though, Jerry has a way of not only making you give him money once but you just keep giving and giving. I've said I was finished a few times but due to the service and prices I keep buying more stuff. Getting ready to go with a 430/102 center combo.

Those HATs are awesome from what I hear. Looking forward to a review of them. Once the sickness sets in, you will probably be buying some L3s, a processor and going active 3-way lol. I said it couldn't happen to me but it did. But again, congrats on an awesome set of speakers. Have you gotten a sub yet?

I felt bad for him having to hop all over the house since he just had another surgery on his ankle.

I'm trying to keep it simple and not let the audio bug bite me too hard. I spent a butt load of money way back in the day on audio equip and don't want to go that route again

I actually liked the Dyns very much but just couldn't justify the price over the HATs. I spent $100 over what I was planning and the Dyns were a couple hundred over that. But I already plan on giving him some more $$

No sub yet. Im waiting for you to go to the Kansas meet so I can hear yours . I'm going to go infinite baffle. Just not sure what size ect..

Thanks. They were out of my price range also but Jerry gave me a great deal on them.
He also had a set of the mirus or imagine, I dont remember which. But they sounded pretty good too. Send Jerry a PM. Hes super helpful if you have any questions.

I'll have to add to this thread. Jerry is "THE MAN" when it comes to audio! He's helped me out numerous times and I bought most of my audio setup from him. I would highly recommend Jerry to anyone who wants to upgrade their car audio

 

I can recommend the Imagine line (have this installed in my car). They sound MUCH better after the break-in period and are very efficient. IMO, the best 'bang-for-the buck' now is the HAT Unity package. HAT has great customer service also and offers a HAT previous customer trade-in program.
