new here a few questions about the TL

Hi I'm new here, haven't really bought a TL yet but I will in a few months. I need a few features in it and im not sure if they come standard or are extra options, I know the navagation is an extra, but my main question is does the navagation come together with the bluetooth feature? I need both of these and I don't know if they are separate or come together in a sorta different trim... excuse me im a noob, I searched but didnt find anything relevant...

bluetooth comes with all tl's, it doesn't matter if u get the base or the type-s. the only option to add is navigation. everything else is standard.

Welcome to the board. I'm sure that you can find answers to the majority of you questions but if you run into problems feel free to ask. I'd love to see another happy TL owner become a loyal member of the Aurazine family.

+1. Although I don't use it much as of late but you never know when you will need it. Also, I don't like the way the dash looks w/o the navi.

thank you all! thats great to hear, yea i need both navi and blue tooth because i had a stroke and nly have control of my left arm so talking on the phone while driving and reading printed directions from a paper is not an option for me! thanks again, i saw a 2004 model at a dealer near by for 23k, but it had 73k miles on it and its certified, im not sure if its a good deal since after 100,000 miles the warranty ruins out.... any suggestions?

^ U can't go wrong with the TL. The NAV is most def worth it. I take a lot of road trips in mine and having the NAV has more than paid for itself in the 2.5yrs I've had my car - 38k miles on it so far. My buddy just picked up an 05 black on black, 6MT/NAVI with 29k miles for $25k even + TTL. So I'm think you can do better. Of course depending on your location, availability and what have you. Good luck and ur gonna love that car!

If your happy with the price and vehicle you could always ask the dealer to extend the warranty for you. Personally I think they're asking too much though.

Looks like a very clean, well maintained TL. I have the same color except for camel interior instead of parchment. And I only have 7,500 miles on mine.

The price seems to be in line with what they are bringing around here. Good ones hold their value well.

Black will require a little more attention but, when clean, it is beautiful! Nothing sharper.

I like the chrome wheels. I wonder where he got them.

Whereabouts in NorCal? Your reference to Niello tells me you're in or close to Sac. There's a few folks from around that area. You can also check EG Acura and the dealer in Stockton. BTW, welcome aboard.......

I didn't get the navi, I thought paying 2k for a map was nuts. But I don't driver very far away, and know my way around NorCal pretty good.

I am from SoCal and drive up north with the gf a good amount (might go this weekend). I am familiar with the areas but still not confident especially in the city. Thats when the Navi comes in handy. I also use it to find interesting ways home from work to avoid traffic down here .

The wheels have gold emblems and the rest of the car doesn't.
lil, if you decide to pay that price make them add the protection package for free.
You'll get wheel locks, a trunk liner, & if you want them, mudflaps.

I paid $21,000 for my 04 TL with 45K miles. I bought it from a smaller car lot, so of course it will be cheaper than buying from a dealer, but here is my advice to you:

California has a new law for used cars stating that you can purchase a return policy for around $200. This gives you 48 hours to return the car to the dealer no questions asked. I bought the car along with this option, took it right to the Acura dealer for a comprehensive inspection. It at least gave me the peace of mind that Acura had looked over it and found nothing wrong.

i am in east bay, so san pablo/richmond/pinole area... i just put my zip code in the acura web site and it have me all the dealers in about 50 miles from me, so thats why im looking at that one. im raelly not feeling the crome or the gold and i want WDP, i might wait and get something with less miles i will put half down and finance the rest so what deals can i get with that route? my parents just got a 2007 odyssey, paid cash and got a pretty decent deal...
