Have not been able to find solutions for my issue. Out of nowhere my navi system became unresponsive, touchscreen does not work and joystick makes no sound when pressed. My Navi disc is not scratched or damaged. Screen turns on for a few minutes then goes black. I am not able to use my back up camera at all either since I am not able to enter my Navi code or radio code. Any advice?

 

Those first few minutes that it's on, what does the screen look like? Normal? Pixelated blocks? Lines & streaks?

My screen went tits-up about two months ago as well, but luckily my radio still works, because you use the physical radio preset buttons (#1-6) to enter the 5-digit radio code. Hopefully you have your code.

The navi code on the other hand you need to enter via your touchscreen, but if your screen isn't working.... what's the point?
