My brother is having the pointer in his '06 nav unit freeze or lag on him. The pointer seems stuck for a few minutes at time and then catches up all at once. Zooming in or out doesn't help it catchup either. The arrow seems to be the sticky point while the circle seems to be moving normally. Has anyone else seen this happen? I am going to have him try clean the disk, any other thoughts? Thanks! Arrow and circle are probably not the right terms but I hope you get my drift!

 

Oh yeah, and HFL seems to be working normally
